A storm is coming!

One of the things I miss most about Florida is the crazy storms that can be a nightly occurrence. While I was home this past weekend I was lucky enough to catch this one while on a walk down the lake front. I love how you can just see the rain coming down. At the end of the walk it had moved completely past the boat house! Do not worry, no Rebels were harmed or drenched during this walk.

It came!

It's here. It's HERE! Seems like I have been waiting for....ev...er. But, I did just order it on Sunday. My impatient ways have had me checking the tracking multiple times today and I didn't think I would get it until tomorrow.

BUT....

I can now call a beautiful TEAL (thanks for voting!) Canon SD12oo my own! I can hardly contain my excitement.Obviously not taken on my new camera, but with my fancy webcam at work! And, for some reason it gives me a weird shadow on my chin. Oh, well.
