Things that really bother me on Facebook (and in general)

1. Backwards smiley emoticons. It should be :) NOT (:
2. People who write words with alternating capital and lower case letters. I'm pretty sure you are older than five years old if you are using the internet. (My LiFe Is AwEsOmE!)
3. Purposely spelling words incorrectly. (Right versus ritee. It's the same amount of characters. Please spell it correctly.)
4. People who get engaged and change their facebook status without posting a picture of the ring. I'm curious. Everyone is curious.

This is not an attack on anyone in particular. I just generally am annoyed by these points, and, I'm in a little bit of an annoyed mood so I felt these needed to be shared.

Hahaha, this made me laugh! Thanks for the chuckle in the middle of an otherwise boring afternoon :)

It made me laugh too and I have to agree...especially with the backwards smiley and the engagment photos involving the ring!

OMG! I agree with it all! Especially the backwards smiley faces! They totally throw me off every single time!

haha, agreed! On all except the engagement... I intentionally didn't post that. Personally, I think that's whats wrong with the world... people are more excited about material objects than the thought of actually finding one person in your life that you choose to spend the rest of your life with.

Randi - I do agree with you about the engagement thing when that is the reason people want to look. I personally just like to see if the ring, or symbol of their engagement is a good representation of what I think their relationship is about. Not how big the ring is :)

Agreed. I don't care if it's big or small...I just want to see it! I'm nosey---not going to lie. Isn't everyone on facebook nosey/curious?

I totally agree with the 'alternating lower and upper case letters' thing. I also can't stand when people use punctuation marks to decorate their statuses/profiles. Example: "...:::Thank God it*s Friday!:::..." Horrible!
