Honey Buns

The other night I tasted one of the most delicious things I have ever put in my mouth. I was at Uva in the (dreaded) Upper East Side and decided to order their Sheep's Ricotta and Black Truffle Honey Bruschetta. BEST. DECISION. EVER. Black truffle honey can only be described as a gift from God. This event also allowed me to bring up the fact that my mom bought me a sample set of "Award Winning" honeys from Winter Park for Christmas. While the Palmetto (not the bug!) flavored honey is delicious, it cannot touch the decadence of Black Truffle Honey.

Do yourself a favor and go try this place. My gnocchi di ricotta (in a creamy black truffle and chive sauce) was also amazing.
