The search for truffle butter

So I found this recipe for a truffle butter turkey that sounded so amazingly delicious I decided I had to make it this year. It seemed easy enough to make. While it may be easy to make, locating the truffle butter has proven to be quite a difficult task. You'd think living in New York, with gourmet food marts are on every corner, it would be easy to locate. Well you'd be wrong. I went to 5 stores last night including Whole Foods, Trader Joes, 2 gourmet food stores and my regular grocery store and came out empty handed. After calling about another 10 stores once I got home, Balducci's said they had it in stock. Let's hope they still do by the time I make it there after work.
