My Last Day

It's raining outside, dark and cold. It must be symbolic for how everyone feels since I am leaving Zoom today. I honestly do not know how everyone will survive without me in their lives every day. 

I do get the chance to tell two senior people what I think is wrong with how the department is run. I am looking forward to that. I have a lot of input.

Tonight we are going to happy hour so that everyone can properly say goodbye to me - by buying me a drink. I am quite looking forward to everyone telling me how much they are going to miss me :)
